We started with a simple idea.

aLishia is a company registered as a private limited company registered under the Companies Act 2013. aLishia is also registered under the government of India as MSME (Small & Medium enterprise).

A sister brother duo, post a successful career in Human Resource Management and Hospitality respectively, thought of a venture together – that is how aLishia came into existence. A total of over 20 years of experience is what aLishia has.

aLishia Talent Management is a forerunner in designing Human Resources solutions (Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services, HR Processes Automation Services) specific to the needs of our respected clients.

aLishia ’s second business model, “Saarthi” caters to individuals for their specific career & counselling needs.

Poonam Kumar: a first Gen entrepreneur, an MBA in HR & Finance, started her career as an HR with a well-known logistics company in Delhi, and went on to work for a couple of media companies in her career as an HR professional. It is only after her 1st sabbatical in 2010, she thought of a venture of her own.

Vijay Singh Mehra: VJ post his graduation moved to a US based organisation and after spending a considerable amount of time in the States and learning the nuances of business, decided to support the venture.
