Under her leadership, aLishia has been established as a HR Service delivery company, branching out various services viz, Talent Acquisition, HR Advisory, HR Shared Services & HR process Automation Services.

Poonam is a Human Resource Professional with over 16 Years of experience out of which 6 years has been a rich corporate experience and 10 years of consulting entrepreneurial experience. At aLishia, Poonam is responsible for service delivery and ensuring client SLAs are met.

Poonam closely follows and talks about the trends shaping the world of work and jobs and is a prominent speaker at various forums & Colleges.

He has been a part of the strategy, incubation team of a couple of startups, and has successfully set up business models. Vijay is a graduate and hold a degree in Hotel Management. VJ has a total of 12 years of experience in service industry and has been a thorough sales professional .

His last assignment was in California, USA where he was managing sales & marketing function for a very large hospitality company. VJ is responsible for sales, marketing & business development initiatives at aLishia .

Archana co-found -aLishia with the brother – sister duo Poonam & Vijay. This woman-led enterprise focused on helping companies get the right HR solutions and build a high performing, cost effective HR solutions.

Archana has a Post graduate in Botany (M.Sc) and a B. Ed from the University of Kumaoun. She has both skills, competencies & experience to manage entrepreneurial assignments. She is not only a mentor for the brother-sister duo but also manages service delivery for a select few clients.

Anvesh has over 13 years of experience in the areas of Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Key Account Management, Channel management & customer support. Expertise in tapping potential accounts, analysing customer requirements, rendering technical guidance to the clients.

He is Proficient in working closely with customers to define, prioritise & document business and operational requirements for enterprise-level. Anvesh at aLishia is a consultant and has an advisory role with the board on specific projects /matters. His focus is to explore new business opportunities.

Anil is a retired government official, after serving the government for over 40 years, Anil joined hands with aLishia. He has lived the era of business transformation, from manual systems to integrated, technically advanced complex systems. Anil is as an independent Director at aLishia responsible for all the company related matters and legal.

Meher has 30 years of rich experience in Management, Brand, Design, Communication, Service Excellence, People & process Audit. She is currently the Group President, for Marketing, Brand & Communication, Human Resources, Talent Development, Administration & is the Brand custodian and is an independent director with a few HR consulting firms.

She has been a versatile professional with inclination towards people & process management and that has reflected in everything she has done and achieved so far.

She started her career at the ITC Maurya Sheraton Hotel & Towers, New Delhi, working in Banquet sales, PR and Communication. In 1992, Meher joined Cathay Pacific Airlines, Hong Kong. On her return to India, Meher, set up her events company 1997 -2006, she is recognized as India’s first Wedding Planner.

Meher was granted an Honorary Doctorate in Management Excellence In August, 2018, by YSU Young scientists University, USA and CIAC Global. She is Diploma in Hotel Management graduate, from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering and Applied Nutrition, New Delhi, (B. Sc) and is a Post graduate Diploma in International Hospitality, specializing in Event Management & Banquet Décor design at Les Roches, Salzburg, Austria, 1988-1991.

She leads the people & process audit function (CXO’s, Director’s, Management Level) on behalf of such consulting firms for a very large, select few clients.
